1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Husky Haul ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Husky Haul is a secure file, message, and link transfer service that operates on a peer-to-peer (P2P) basis using WebRTC technology:

• All content (files, messages, URLs) is transferred directly between users' devices
• The server does not store any user content – it only facilitates the connection between peers
• Both the sender and recipient must be online simultaneously for a transfer to occur
• A TURN relay server is available as a fallback when direct P2P connections cannot be established, with end-to-end encryption maintained via DTLS

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transfer or distribute any illegal content, including copyrighted material without authorization
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious software
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you transfer through the Service. We claim no intellectual property rights over any files, messages, or links you share.

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUSKY HAUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

8. TURN Relay Limits

To ensure fair use of shared infrastructure, the following limits apply when transfers are routed through our TURN relay server:

• Maximum file size: 10 MB per transfer via relay
• Daily quota: Limited number of relay transfers per account per day
• Global daily quota: Overall daily capacity limit for the relay service

These limits apply only to transfers through our relay server. Direct P2P transfers and transfers through user-configured custom TURN servers are unrestricted.

10. Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if that fails, through the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established.
